Shipping

While we endeavour to get our products out as fast as possible, please allow 2- 3 days for your order to be dispatched and allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Depending on your order and the size/weight of the item Future Outdoor provides several ways to receive the goods you purchased online, in-store or via phone:
• We deliver small orders up to 20kg via New Zealand Courier.
• We deliver large orders via Mainfreight or our independent delivery partners
• For Auckland we also have our vans and trucks delivering straight to the door.

Returns

Requests to return goods for credit must be made within 30 days of date of delivery. If the goods have been damaged in freight, please notify us immediately. Click here to complete the online form and a customer service person will come back to you within 24 hours (business hours).
